Tried re-download the paintkit, but & get a corrupt zip every time Tried different browsers as well.

Have you managed to unzip yours Dave? If you can, could you see if there is a "QW_RJ85_fuse2_left_t.psd" in there anywhere?

Roger that Dave. I'll re-download the PK & see if the missing file is there, if not I'll have to get onto QW. I may be able to use the relevant texture from the RJ100 if that bit is the same.
