Yes, i think the avionics are turned on. Perhaps you could tell where to to look for that gauge.

I have the fantastic DM BAC 1-11 but I can´t flip the autopilot master switch on or off. Can anyone here help?

With great plesure I´m using the Hawker Siddeley HS.748 by Rick Piper. To me it seems that the aircraft isn´t equipt with strobe lights. Does anyone know if this is similar to to the real aircraft. And if thats the case, why?
