Re: V3 of Manfred's C47 now available...

Lovely plane, but having a problem. I keep losing power in the port engine after a few minutes and then shuts down, and wont restart again. Have I not read the manual properly? :dunno:

Vanguard in old TV commercial

I vaguely remember this TV advert. I can see now it is an ABC or Hunting Vanguard. But is it really flying over the cottage? - looks to slow to me.....

Re: 3 less airfields in uk soon

I used to live in Chalgrove, so grew up with M-B's Meteors, Dakota, and of course right under Benson's approach! To be honest, I'm surprised the MoD hung on to Chalgrove for so long. Re: HS748 Nav Lights

In the Queen's Flight early livery, the polished lower fuselage 'shiny' textures don't show in P3d...I don't suppose there's a fix?

Re: Airliners.net

I have to concur. As you now have to type in the name of the aircraft you're looking for, not every version, etc will probably come up. For example, do you type in: HS748, HS [space] 748, or Andover...? Even if you select 'sort by' - 'Aircraft type' it was coming up with a place name of 'Andover!' A...

Re: Canberra to the sky!

Yeh, assuming all goes well, it's great news. I've been missing XH134 already - but I prefer the 'bubble' canopy of WK163. I think why they've chosen '163 is because it's the height record breaker, although obviously '134 is more airworthy. Of course, they could have looked at the blue T4 at Newquay...
