Set up a Flight with the AP turned off. Load this flight first, then load your desired aircraft.
BTW, you can turn off the AP with the Z key.

Check the wingspan value in the plane's aircraft.cfg file. The parking spots there must have a radius greater than half of that value or they won't park there.

FYI, this new terminal was opened in 1968, according to Wikipedia. I don't know if I've seen a pic of the old terminal.

Might I suggest Instant Scenery instead of EZ-Scenery - works just the same (same author), cheaper, and does more.
