Re: Manchester Airport 1962
Hi again,
I can't believe I forgot this. I want to give David a HUGE thank you for creating this airport, somewhat at my prodding. I am so grateful for all of his hard work.
Thanks David!!!

Re: Manchester Airport 1962
Hi, My traffic includes the Vanguard, of course. :) BEA only, though, since my traffic ends in 1962. A pic of the 62 EGCC with my traffic: http://www.calclassic.com/Images/egcc_62.jpg There are Viscounts, DC-3's, a Heron, an F-27, a DC-6 and a Connie in view here. The 1962 traffic includes BOAC and ...

Hi all, There are some 1960 shots of Gatwick here: http://www.cbfsim.org/cbfsim/cbfsBB/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12168&start=45#p187538 We have started a very simple early 1960's Gatwick using library objects (i.e. no custom GMAX buildings), which looks close but not exact. No completion date thou...

Re: Nice Kai Tak video
Hi,
I think this one is more appropriate for this site:

Early shots are from the old terminal next to the water, before the runway was built out in the bay.
The music in this one is bizarre too...

Re: Manchester Airport 1975 scenery project
Hi all, Thanks for the pics, but those are of Gatwick. :) We needed those too, though - a "quickie" Gatwick is also on tap (using library objects for the buildings, etc.), just about all done except for some details. I don't know if the railway station, etc. will make it into this version ...
