Re: Red Arrows Pilot injured at Scampton
As I work for Martin Baker, as of yet we haven't been informed of any information regarding this accident, and we are going to be the first to hear anything. Everything else you hear at the moment is just pure speculation and rumours.

flipping heck, I could make a small fortune from selling off old seats. Just a stroll through the warehouse I see plenty just lying around or just sitting in boxes. Might see if I can find one that matched that mk2 clone type seat!

Re: Ejector seat £50 so far on e-bay! And vampire bits!
Looked through my manual at work and that doesn't look like a MK2, there doesn't appear to be any legs attached to the bottom of the seat like a MK2 should have. Without better photo's it's hard to determine what type it is.

Re: Lightning crash
Well, like I said, I work there and at the moment can't comment on who does the servicing. I'm sure in the new year I might try and find out though.

I work for Martin Baker, and with regards the servicing of the seat I can't shed any light on whether this is done by ourselves.
