Re: Spitfire TR IX

Glad it’s the right one Brian.
After finding it I tried it in FSX Steam and it worked very well.

Happy flying.

Re: Spitfire TR IX

Is it the AH HFL_Spit_MkIXT with a pupil and rear seat option. If so I can email it to you. It’s 20.7 MB Dated 31/07/2009. Although at that size I can put it in my Dropbox and give you the link.

Re: Revised "Airspeed's Flying Visit" website

Mike, looks OK on Safari.

Seems to be a lot better from what I remember from the last visit. The page sits very nice on my screen.

Nice hardware collection.

Re: IBCC opened

Thanks for that Mike, I've also registered.

My claim to fame was that I was mentioned in the Volume 42 No 7 August 2000 edition of Air Force News on page 10 column 3. Do you have a copy?

Re: Where to Install P3Dv4

Nigel, it sounds like you have made a good move having the best of both worlds.

I tried XP 11 demo and was reasonably impressed. If I was starting from scratch and didn’t have P3D v4 installed I may have done the same as you.

Best wishes with XP11.

Re: FSX on iMac

Hi Rob
I didn’t upgrade to the iMac although it was a 50:50. But I couldn’t afford for it to be the wrong decision. So I went for the safe option.

I’d be interested to see if anyone had some success also.

Nvspcap64.dll

Has anyone had the error coming up that it can find Nvspcap64.dll ?

Happened yesterday but I thought it was a temporary thing. It has come up today also and I don't want to mess about with Windows or download anything until I know what it is.

Re: A new era

Downloaded the demo and tried it. Its OK but in my opinion not as good as P3D. Some things are good, like the map display and .......... I can't think of anything else. Dave G wrote I tried the XP11 demo just a few days ago. Some things I liked, some I didn't. Both XP and FSX/P3d have their own stre...
