Re: Weather report 20th December 2019

I need to be careful here lest my rage get the better of me. Re: Nvidia sharpening tool

Thanks Dave and Nigel. I read somewhere that the Nvidia drivers are considered abut the best. I'm on holiday in England at the moment but will try this when I get back to Sydney (assuming it hasn't burnt down :( )

Re: Medication.

My score is 24 tablets a day. What gets me is that one of them is to protect my stomach from the effects of taking so many tablets.

Re: Nvidia sharpening tool

Any effect on frame rates? I wonder if it does anything for X-Plane.

Hmmm, maybe a bit of an excuse. To quote the great Jasper Carrot: "Has he set light to a fart?"

I think it's killed P3d for me though as its junk after XP11 :hide:
[Whispers] Totally agree. I only keep P3d installed to occasionally enjoy Mr. Richardson's terrific work.

Re: Final Flight?

Thanks Pete. Sounds worth a visit, especially as I'll have my brother in law with me and he's partial to the odd aviation museum...... even if he should be in one! :hide:

Final Flight?

Hello,

I saw this story about G-CIVG's "final" flight. Googling hasn't helped. Is St. Athan now a scrapping facility? The majority of Qantas' old 747s go to a desert in America.

I'll be spending Christmas week in Wales, might go and have a look if it's worth it.

Thanks, Paul

Re: News: Meanwhile, in Texas...

My apologies Brian, I came on a bit too strong there - was a bit tired and emotional :shhh: This is what it means down here. And the border people are serious about it: "Vietnamese woman has visa cancelled for trying to bring pork into Australia". Our little industry is worth $5.3bn so wha...
