Re: The Vulcan in FSX
Looks nice but the liveries are not very life like for military  Garry Well, I find the textures of the IRIS Vulcan to be great and together with a superb external model, the reason for why I spend a lot of the time in spot view... lol And as I an eager repainter myself, I'm hard to please.....

Re: The Vulcan in FSX
I have both the Just Flight and Iris Vulcan and they cannot be compared, the IRIS Vulcan is far superior in all aspect as I see it. And to be fair, it sure should be as it is a much newer release. I feel IRIS has done a good job with making a compromise regarding the system and avionics simulation i...

Re: The Vulcan in FSX
Wonderful shots Jens, particularly the ones with the Victor.( Is that the Alphasim Victor ? ) How easy have you found it learning all the panels and procedures ? I've got the Vulcan but due to my clunking old PC, but I've yet to really get to grips with it. Framerates when altering views are just t...

Re: The Vulcan in FSX
Hi, It is the Alphasim Victor pack which they recently released a dedicated FSX model pack for. The Alpha Victor has its mistakes and is beginning to be an old model, but in my opinion it is easily the best Victor out there for FS. And consider it started life in FS9 the is not that bad, and with a ...

The Vulcan in FSX
Hi, Some screenshots of the Iris Vulcan B.2. I really enjoy this model and it sort of has made repainting superfluous as the package includes paint schemes covering the entire life span of the (Not to mention that it also has appropriate model variations with both “clean”, Blue steal, bomb bay tanks...

Far East Sea Fury
Hi, A few shots of a Burmese Sea Fury repaint I'm working on. The model is the freeware Sea Fury T.20 by David Hanvey and Paul Barry. It is painted as Sea Fury T.20 "UB451" of the Union of Burma Air Force, 1958. I have used John Terrell great FAA T.20 textures as a starting point for this ...

Swedish J28C Vampire, F14
Sweden was a major DH Vampire export customer and among many models they bought several batches of T.55 twin seat Vampire trainers. I'm working on a J28C Vampire paint from Flygflottilj 14 based at Halmstad AB for the Alphasim T.11. WIP! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/JensOle/Europe/Scrshot-...

Hi, I'm using FABL down in SA as a stand in for a Rhodesian AF base and I have made ai traffic with Hunters, Canberras, C-47 and Air Rhodesia Viscounts. Bill Holker made a dedicated AI canberra which I'm using (easy on frame rate). Are you still using the same email as when you sent the master textu...

Hello Jens, very good to hear from you, and please feel free to contribute anytime - it's not thread hijacking at all! I love to hear about anything Canberra-related, and I do remember your RRAF textures from a couple of years ago well. They were very nice indeed, and that's a great shot you attach...
