i'm with Toby on this as he has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Turbomachinery and has spent about 2 years studying compressor and turbine design...

That is indeed the shack in the states but it is owned by Air Atlantique. Some one else is taking "care" of the aircraft for them
