FSDSv2 wasnt as usefull as Gmax for scenery creation, but now FSDSv3 has the ability to compile .MDL scenery projects too, but that said, it's not as powerfull as Gmax - Hence the user friendlyness of FSDS. Don't have any freeware ones, but I use the Captain Sim payware one. Not too sure how it compares with Dreamfleets, but it's good all the same!
