Armstrong Whitworth Atalanta for FSX / FS9
Hello all, I've just uploaded a new, much-improved version of my old Armstrong Whitworth Atalanta model to avsim and flightsim. Almost completely reworked from accurate 3-view drawings. The Atalanta was one of the first 'serious' models I made for FS, and the new version is not quite 'in the same le...

Re: Another Star from Jens
Now, who knows the link between this cracker and the Spitfire? There is probably a link of sorts, but not a direct one. Lockheed made a prototype 2-seat fighter based on the Altair/Orion as the YP-24 in 1931. Lockheed had financial troubles, so the project was taken over by Consolidated, who put it...

Revised DC-4 for FSX (and FS2004)
Just in case you haven't seen it: An updated DC-4 / C-54 is available at avsim, with the usual changes to make it work with FSX, and an improved virtual cockpit. If you have my DC-6 or the updated Canadair Argonaut, you'll know what to expect

Short Empire update for FSX & FS9
Hello all, I have just uploaded a new, revised version of my now almost three years old model of the Short S-23, -30 and -33 Empire flying boats to Avsim. All versions in one package, normal S23, medium range S30/33, long range S30. I hope you like it. The panel/VC is better, and even the small wind...

DH.91 Albatross update available
Hello All,
Today I uploaded a new version of my de Havilland DH.91 Albatross to Avsim. The new version works with FSX, but the view from the 2D and 3D cockpits is improved, so it is a worthwhile upgrade for FS2004 users as well.
Best regards
Jens

Short Solent upgrade available
... for existing and new users, and for FSX. Even if you have the previous version for FS9, this is a worthwile upgrade, because the takeoff is more realistic (shorter takeoff run) and the panel is better (I think). The exterior model is the same. At avsim and (I hope) flightsim: Sol_V20.zip Hope yo...

New DC-6, for FS2004 and FSX
Hi all, I've just uploaded my latest effort to Avsim - the DC-6 in its earliest version with short nose (no radar), round-tipped Curtiss propellers etc. The model is, of course, related to my DC-4 from last year, but has been changed, developed and improved in many areas. American, United, Delta, SA...
