Hi, can you get the engines running with ctrl+e ?
If this works try the following. Get all then engines running, then shut them down, then try a manual start.
If this works then ctrl+e is turning on some feature or switch which you are missing in the startup.
If this doesn't work then I'm stumped ...

I have had this problem with several aircraft. Try the following.
First load the default cessna and enable the batts, mags and then start the engine. Stop the engine then switch to the Lancaster.
Try and start the engines from cold, does this work?

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll give them a try. It looks like the PD Lanc is still downloadable from several sites, including the PD one, which has just woken up again after a couple years ! Just Google Plane Design Lancaster and you'll see what I mean. A bargain in my opinion !
