Re: True Earth GB South release for P3Dv4

If you are using win 10 try creating a new administrator local account with no password. Run P3D in that account, its easy and fast to change between accounts. In normal log in I have 40 or so running background programs, shutting down as many as I can get away with brings the number down to mid to ...

Re: Rob Richardson's Meteor F1

FSX is a thing of the past ( I keep saying it but this time I really, really mean it ) as far as I am concerned, P3D is all I use these days.
Its just too much work building for two sims

Re: Rob Richardson's Meteor F1

Either turn off "dynamic reflections" (recommended) or replace the instrument glass texture with this one.
just drop the new file into the texture folder and let it overwrite.

Re: Look what Rob is up to.

Thanks for that Dave.
Been playing with MCX of late, converted my old FSDS Mk3 Meteor to a format Blender could use, hence the Mk1 /prototype.
Presumably it needs running back through MCX to take advantage of PBR.
I’ll try that out, must learn the process.

Very nice indeed, I wonder if it will get the full PBR treatment?
Must be missing something as far as PBR is concerned.
What I have seen so far does not impress me.
Not sure "Blender" is able to handle it anyway, might be wrong.
Can anyone explain the advantages?

Peter Watkins is now on the case, he has 8 schemes lined up.
He is in the process of researching the finer details and markings.

Re: What Things Really Annoy You?

Not so much annoyed as very sad. It would seem to me that the letter, or should I say le__er “T” has all but disappeared from spoken English. It can be used at the beginning of a word but nowhere else, just ask that lovely songbird Ri_a Ora or any of her pop accomplices. To make this situation be__e...
