Re: FS9 Argosy ILS capture problem

Hi,

By flicking the Radio Selector at high speed between 1 and 2 as I make the descent, I find I have captured the beam without understanding how :S and have now made a perfectly surviveable landing on the greensward at the beginning of the runway  !

Re: FS9 Argosy ILS capture problem

Hi, Thanks for the replies.....it may be that Port, Starboard switch which I fiddled with and then abandoned as being above my pay-grade  It's a wonderful plane to fly and I will post back after another attempt. Andy. edit: added this small para from the Manual, which looks fairly vital :hide: ...

Hi, I start with the 172 at KSEA, go through the screens and then change to the aircraft I am going to use. In the default the radio is set up for KSEA and this shows in the Cessna as the CDI is live both ways- lateral and vertical. However when I change to the Argosy on the runway there, the CDI is...

Re: Wheres the HS748

Hi,

What a beautiful model this is!

I think the trim wheel in the VC (FS9 version) might be missing it's textures.... *-)

Everything else I might say is positive.

Re: S79 and SM79...

Hi All, Been looking at the Belgian Aviation History Association (BAHA)website and there are some photos there of the Westland IV Wessex, an English Tri-motor of the Thirties, and a very fine looking airplane it is ! Another English one was the Shorts Calcutta. The Century of Flight website lists a ...

Re: S79 and SM79...

Hi, You inspired me to check again on the Lago site and there is an e-mail option which I tried, so we'll see if anything happens when I can get access to the old e-mail address I used originally .... seems complicated, but they do say they undertake to re-download purchases, even though I feel 4 ye...

Re: S79 and SM79...

Hi, Thanks for that info...I've re-downloaded the MV SM79, which is a great model, and there are a couple of 'transports' in the MV download which is at least 1/2 way there ! Whenever I look at the Lago site the dates always seem to be 2004 ! It was that what made me think they'd gone.....! I think ...

S79 and SM79...

Hello All, I have been a happy lurker here for a while, but now am seeking assistance. Some long time ago I used to have the LAGO 'Crossings' add-on with the S79, but now gone it's off the map after hard drive crashes,as have LAGO seemingly. I also have Manuel Villa's SM79 which I guess is the milit...
