Re: Alphasim Martin Mars
As I said, my understanding is that you'd not see the blades changing pitch while the prop is stationary.

Re: Alphasim Martin Mars
Not wishing to sound too smart here - but why would they? I'm assuming it has constant speed props. My understanding is that the only time you'd see the individual blades at an angle other than fully fine on a constant speed prop would be if the prop had been feathered. There are also variations in undercarriage, rudders and cowlings. I have a spreadsheet showing detail va...

Hi Guys, Just back from an enforced absence from the net - I just moved and it took a few weeks to get the net connection installed. I'm glad to hear you're interested in the Spitfire - there are actually also some IX's in production (with a huge number of variations - you wouldn't believe how much ...

Yes, it's an experience that I'll never forget. I highly recommend it to anyone! http://www.plane-design.com/lancflight/DSCN2885%20(Medium).JPG This photo just about shows Manhattan's skyline. The Empire State Building is just in front of the outboard prop. The flight was from the Republic Airport i...
