Migman - I sent you a PM.
Yes it departs from EGOS to WPL NDB then does the loop and arrives at EGOV.

Re: Creating your own arbitrary waypoints for Fs9
I made an FSNav flight plan for the Shawbury Mach Loop and sent it to someone - was that you, Migman? Mind you that was way back in 2009. I've still got the file if you're interested. If you don't have FSNav any more, I could export it to an FS9 flight plan.

Re: Engines need a tune-up?
Art, I have had the same issue, but it appears normal for the Trident... It was said on this forum once that the only way you could get the Trident to climb was to use the curvature of the Earth! But it is true that you need to use piloting skills to get it up - let it get up to speed then gradually...

Re: Engine Faliure
Ralph, I had that problem as well if I advanced the throttle too quickly. Now I bring them up slowly to halfway, let it stabilize then up to a bit less than full. AC Generators 1, 2 & 3 always show tripped for me as well, Generator 4 works so I only turn this on. The reason the engine does not s...

Re: Trident & 1-11 Thrust Setting for Takeoff
For the 1-11, I click on the Thrust Index gauge and it sets itself, hopefully for the correct setting. Then brakes on and increase thrust until the temperature warning lights come on then back off until they go out, then brakes off. I normally put water injection on if OAT is more than 25deg C. Havi...

Re: L-188 Electra FS9 version..
Andy, When you mentioned the flaps, it rang a bell with me cos I remember the Electra floating up like a balloon if flaps are applied at too high a speed. As a rule of thumb, I select flaps 1st position at 200 kIAS, 2nd position at 175 kIAS and LAND position on the glideslope at about 140 kIAS. My V...

Re: L-188 Electra FS9 version..
That's strange, I don't have a problem with mine - ILS lock is as good as FS9 usually is ( ) It's a while since I installed the Electra, but I used the installer package in fml188ap_with model.zip and I can't remember there being an option with 2 panels. Perhaps you have another Electra panel ...

Re: L-188 Electra FS9 version..
I like this aircraft too and I've been flying it a lot recently for some reason. I never had a problem with the ILS or the panel. The version I am using is FML188A.zip. There are a few L188 versions knocking around so if you have another version, it may be a good idea to remove it from your aircraft...

Re: Just Flight Easter Sale
I went for the B707 Pro at £5. It's not bad, but the Texture and Config Editor is a pain. I do wish developers wouldn't put these configuration doodads with the models. I can set up the load and fuel in flight sim, thanks very much. This one can't even set up the fuel correctly and it doesn't have t...
