Hi Roger,
Pretty much standard FS9, enhanced with Abacus' "Extreme Landscapes" that I found for $10 in an online closeout. Not perfect, but then I'm really a flyer and don't fuss too much about the eyecandy outside.

Viscount in Hawaii
I dug around into the deepest regions of my hard drive and found this beautiful repaint by Garry Russell. Thank you Garry! Works just fine with the new issue Viscount http://i1105.photobucket.com/albums/h347/HJINEG/AlohaViscount_zpsec9096b3.jpg http://i1105.photobucket.com/albums/h347/HJINEG/AlohaVi...

Re: Enough to put you off flying
There is some pretty nice FS 9 add-on scenery for Bhutan. I usually go in there with a Dash-7, but have also tried the old Herc, an F-27 and a DC-6B. My success rate is currently up to about 65%, not good enough for insurance purposes! Druk Air started flying jets with the BA146 and moved on to the ...

Surfin' South Sudan
Some simple entertainment by the loadmasters while returning from the drop zone. The "Ramp Surfin' " action starts at about the 2 minute point with pairs at about 5:45. Great scenery and music too!

Re: Book Recommendation
Just found this topic and would like to add a few books from my list that don't appear on the thread. Some, unfortunately are out of print, but you never know what a good used book search will turn up. "The Pilots Burden" by Capt. Bob Buck. ISBN 0-8138-2357-9 Safety issues and conflicts ar...

Re: Updated F-27A
Tom's released his updated Mike Stone F-27A (and now an F-27 but no F-227-yet) over on Cal Classics. There is also a similar improvement of the Fokkers by Jaap DeBaares in the works. Here's the link to the Fairchilds: http://calclassic.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thr...

Updated F-27A
A heads up, with Mike Stone's permission, Tom Gibson is updating Mike's F-27-200 into a F-27A. It's still a work in progress but there is a nice preview at CalClassic.com. It features an Air stair door, retractable landing lights, improved gear retraction and reshaped nacelles. Hopefully he'll relea...

Re: Goodyear K-Class Blimp FS2004/FSX
WOW, lots of fun. There are also several scenery add-ons for Moffett Field (KNUQ) Tillamok Oregon and Lakehurst NJ that have large open airship hangers you may taxi into. They should come up on a search for Goodyear Blimp on FlightSim.com
