I don't have the SDK installed on my machine, so did a search and this is what I used to redo the Cab file:

Improving aircraft load times in FSX...
I fly DM's aircraft alot in FSX, but the load times were rediculously long, especially for the comet. If this happens to you, then the fix may lie in this thread over on SimOuthouse, it's worked perfectly for me:

Yes the clouds are REX2. I was long hesitant about buying it, but immediately impressed when I did. And those are only the 512Mb set, not the 4096Mb textures you can select upto !

Classic traffic files can be made very quickly using AIFP, WOAI and some of the free stuff out there. I modified the BA traffic file by replacing the aircraft with classic stuff like the trident, 1-11, tristar etc in AIFP. Obviously you will need to download these aircraft.
