Re: Diverting in FSAirlines

Thanks both

As you said, the divertion worked but afterwards I was probably looking for something that I needn't have

Next time it won't be a problem. As it was I hitched a lift to Gatwick and flew into Cork last night - this time totally from the VC which was a first

Diverting in FSAirlines

Minor problem - due to passenger sickness I had to divert to Newquay on a flight from Jersey to Cork

When I picked up the flight later, FSAirlines did not have an available flight - as there were no flights out of Newquay I had to catch a lift back to another airport to re-book a flight

I expected ...

Re: AI problem

and I cannot change them as it seems to be locked somehow by the software company -

One way AFCAD files you can't change is to create your own, and ensure you place it higher in the add-on scenery list when you click on it to initiate it ie at the top wil do nicely

That way FS9 will use your ...

Re: Gaining and maintaining Type ratings

Hi Dave

I have now flown my initial six training flights, in a BAC 1-11, are the results good enough to pass

Not perfect every time, a few landing light faults, careless rather than anything else.

Need to fly other routes with this a/c, then hopefully some trident training

Cheers

Re: Real Time Acceleration

Thanks for the replies, yep was good to get the first flights done

For many years I haven't used time acceleration, but then generally I keep my flights to less than 500 miles ( real world things get in the way! )

However, if longer flights then I save, and come back next session - where flight ...

Real Time Acceleration

Hi Guys

Thanks for the help getting the first training flight done, i've now completed two short flights

Now for a longer one - I know time acceleration is allowed ie *2, *4 , but are there any regulations governing this. I have checked some other more experienced pilots' flights, it seems like ...

Re: New Recruits please post details here

Hi

FSUIP 3820 problem - I logged on to FSAirways to do my first test flight, apparently I require FSUIP 3820 and also it thinks I'm at the wrong airport ( which I''m not )

Could you send me to a download page, Scarlatti's doesn't seem to have it - I looked on the FSAirline's forum, this seems to ...
