5G

There has been talk that 5G could revolutionise online data transfer for simmers. There has also been mention that some games will not even be considered for Australian release due to our slow connections. Just to toss more obstacles into the mix: https://www.aspistrategist.org.au/how-chinas-5g-asce...

Re: Feelthere Phenom 100 Reflections fix

I re-installed the above aircraft recently and I had forgotten about the distraction reflections in the VC. Re: Final Flight?

Thanks for the link, Paul.
The 777X sounds like a good move, but while the GE engines are far more powerful and fuel efficient than those in 747s, they've had some problems with compressors. They think it was compressor failure that caused the recent fire in a PAL engine on take off from LA.

Re: Blackburn Skua

Sorry about that, Dave. I thought that the b&w were from original sources. :$ Though I saw that it was from a museum, I did not see a mention of it being a mock up. Keith, sorry to hear about your tremor. :( You may have already looked into this, but if not: https://ds.gpii.net/learn/accessibility-m...

Re: Bushfires

Whilst troubles continue to our North, South Australia has had its share, with more properties damaged or destroyed over the past two days. Here in Victoria, there was a Statewide Total Fire Ban, and two zones classed as "Code Red", aka "Catastrophic" up North. Temperatures high 30s/low 40s and wind...
