Not to mention the whole electrical system.

My car will happily "wade" through 70 cm of water which is over the wheels, Land Rover (I drive a Disco) tried to make it go through a metre of water, the whole system was waterproof but it floated in 80 cm.

I test flew that yesterday, going by the procedure I wrote above I commenced the go around at 50 feet, and the wheels still contacted the runway! How it works in the sim is different to how it worked in reality. Turn the Prime switch to OFF. Click the MACH/IAS/Throttle engage button OFF (disconnects autothrottle) then re-engage (goes into IAS mode) and manually advance the throttles. RH engine mixture lever is at cut off, hard to tell what position prop levers are at but throttles do not appear to be both in same position.
