FS2004: 20 years of flying history

A little late to the party, but better late than never.
20 years on, and we're still flying for more!

Here's to 20 years of flying for more!

Leaving Dubai...for Sharjah

Most people going between Dubai and Sharjah would take the road. On 26 March 2005, however, some aircrews had other plans; 4K-AZ40's was one of them. Context. Radomeless IL-76TD for FS2004; a work in progress by me. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53041577863_98a9702852_c.jpg https://live.static...

I slipped this one out on flightsim.to yesterday to see if anyone noticed. Doesn't look like they did.
So the name really IS Bond... Clever

Re: Finnair Having Exciting Debut With Brand New Caravelle

Finnair ought to pay you dividends because your shots are crispier than even a bag of chips!
And now I'm thinking of upping my pre-dawn game because you've given plenty of glory in that aspect.
Keep up the great work there!

Beauty and smoothness in every aspect; it ought to even be part of some promotional material!

Re: [FS2004] Turkish delights.

Its great to see some more talent coming through. What are you using for modelling? I use Blender for the actual modeling and UV unwrapping, and gmax for the rest, including exporting as a .mdl file (thanks to the FS2004 gamepack). Here's a simplified version of my modeling workflow. 1. Blender: • ...

Re: [FS2004] Turkish delights.

Nice rendition, mate...and cleaner than the original pic :agree: Thats s lovely looking model 👍 Thanks you two :) "Lovely looking" was what drove me into making the radomeless An-12, since literally every other flightsim An-12 features the nose radome. Unfortunately, info on why the Bulga...

[FS2004] Turkish delights.

What paved the way for today's Turkish Cargo... is a rather unlikely, but interesting combination nonetheless. In August 1993, Turkish Airlines leased An-12 LZ-SFK, operated by Air Sofia of Bulgaria (hence the LZ rego). Unfortunately, AFAIK, information is very scant on Turkish An-12 ops. Radomeless...

Re: Happy Birthday fs10inator (25)

Thank you very much! I appreciate you all (and those who later come here) for the well wishes.
I can only imagine how it feels to share the same birthday as my country, though for some reason, I've yet to see a single Pakistani flag in my neighbourhood

Cheers to you all
