Ditto to looking forward to this release as I really find your Panels for the British Turboprop Classics excellent.
Just a question - will the Decca Nav gauges work in any way? (I do appreciate of course, to implement same as per the prototype system would need some really serious work.)

Re: New BA TV ad, complete with VC10!
Wouldn't it be ironic if some member(s) of the viewing public contacted British Airways, asking them when those nice sleek modern looking Four-Engined T-Tail Airliners were being introduced into service, together with that handsome dark blue livery with the gold Speedbird symbol on the Tailfin..... ...

Re: Comet for FS9 and FSX
Is it just me or do the engine intakes look too circular? (i.e., more like those fitted on the Mk 1 for D.H. Ghost, as opposed to the rounded-off more rectangular shape for the R.R. Avons.)

Re: No puff in my BAC 111
When (frequently) flying the 1-11 in FS9 - I tend to switch off the Top Temp switch in the vc after climbing through say, 3-5,000 feet then, keep slowly increase the throttles to keep the egt near or at the top of the yellow sector on the appropriate gauge. As the oat decreases, when you climb highe...

Re: It makes my blood boil..!
I wholly sympathise with Mrs. Vegas predicament and agree with the comments posted here. Just one other thing though - and please don't take this the wrong way - it's just that people have offered their seats on trains and buses, to what they think are pregnant women - only to discover they're actua...

Re: Autopilot Sperry 177 version 2
I have downloaded it and will give it a try. I studied the 'readme' instructions and couldn't see any specific reference to the 'new' autopilot still recognising the Delco-Carousal INS? I see there is a new button marked 'LNAV' but not sure if that still enables the INS i.e. over-riding heading mode...

Just an idea (from memory perhaps?) - try pressing the "/" Spoilers key twice to make sure they're retracted/fully down.
The other thing - on approach make sure you arm the Spoilers before landing or, the same/similar siren goes off continually on finals.

Boston/Washington/N.E. U.S Holiday
I'm doing an independent 12 day holiday in early October, flying to/from Boston then driving around via, just north of New York to Washington then, taking the train back to Boston. I've already ear-marked the Smithsonian Air and Space Museums in Washington (Downtown + Dulles), as well as the Pennsyl...

Re: Dambusters Declassified - TV Programme
Also thanks for the hu - will try and watch it this evening.
Meantime, my personal favourite programme on the Dambusters, was the Secret History one on Channel Four, originally shown as long ago as 1994! I learnt a lot of new facts and saw new film footage from that one.

Re: Something else for when you win the Euromillions Lottery
If I won the Eurolottery jackpot, my ambition (after Buying an Audi R8 and setting up Kelly Brook and Alice eve as my brunette and blonde mistresses respectively!) would be to purchase a VC10 from the RAF and have it restored to BOAC/Cunard blue and gold Livery and then learn to fly it 'a la' John T...
