Re: Two years.

Eric, although it was 13 years ago I was at Coventry then, I'm sure we must have met as I was with Dave, Ben who arrived a little late as well as Derek of Dove fame. Speaking of which has any-one heard from Derek recently as he has not been around for a while.

Regards
Nigel.

Anesthetics are always one of the most risky parts of any surgery. It most certainly is and the older you are the more risks involved, that is why a surgeon...

Amen to that, Joe. When I think of Dave my thoughts always include Leif, Garry, Ian, and our other CBFS brothers who have left us. Bless 'em all. As with Dave............Leif, Garry and Ian were all taken too soon,Garry always had the knack of those wonderful one liners that cracked me up and I had...

"from local and imported ingredients". McVitties not British? Is nothing sacred? Not anymore apparently, local ingredients will be Turkish and imported ingredients will be from anywhere in the EU apart from our little England! Have you also noted that the registration is EU ? :wall: Re...

Re: Microsoft Launch new FSX version

Since you mentioned P3d being licenced, wonder if at any time MS might take that back too as it seems to me that although MS are next year releasing a brand new simulation, they have taken back FSX from Dovetail Games P3d itself is still basically FSX though in a newer format and cannot help wonderi...

Re: Starting again...

Pleased to hear that you are now up and away Ben, that Just Flight VC10 is brilliant isn't it and thanks has to go to one of our members who not only flew it but also beta tested before being released to the flt sim community. This is one reason why I really want to re-install FSX and hopefully one ...

Re: Microsoft Launch new FSX version

Hi Nigel, No, It just means they've brought it back into their fold. I suspect the support websites etc will be updated to go back to Microsoft. This will give them the opportunity to push the new sim when its ready, as clicking on support links etc would take you to the new sim. Many thanks Ben, t...
