I have treid every setting there is on this creative x-fi extreme gamer sound card and it still making the same noise.

Thankyou for being patient but i have just done a week of shift work, Right i am running vista ultimate sp1 with fsx and fs9.
I have disconected my speaker wires yellow/black/green for my sound card (7.1 speakers ) i then pluged my headphones in started my computer made sure the headphones ...

Also in fs9 how do you go to the input output in fs9 to select your sound card, and yes it does it in fsx and fs9 and all the 7.1 speaker leads are in the right holes.

When you go onto the creative web sight they say that they havent got a up dater for vista and to use a manual one instead.
