Re: RealAir Spitfire for FSX

If you are thinking of getting this you might want to check out http://www.play.com - I seethat they will shortly be in stock of the CD version at a useful discount. Just ordered mine from there.

FSScene euro textures

Simmarket have the latest version of FS Scene's European texture pack for FS9 and FSX for 10 euros. Not tried this latest version in FS9 yet but they have made a heck of a difference to the look of things in FSX. The desert look is gone at last. The 100mb includes separate zips for FS9 and FSX Mike ...

Re: FSX Payware

Hi all, anyone recommend any decent add-on's for FSX? I have the CLS A310 but thats about it. I can't seem to find many add-on aircraft for FSX, perhaps because developers are still coming to terms with it. Love the default stuff but would like to see what else is on the menu now. Any ideas? The Ae...

Re: Cheap???

For those of you bothered by the price, I have found this advertised at £24.99 here: http://www.play.com/Games/PC/GENBRW/3-/866298/Lancaster/Product.htm That's a bit better but I am surprised that they don't see fit to mention that it's an FS add-on. We here know but the wider public? Their return...

There are a few projects in line at the moment, and the Mosquito isn't in our immediate plans, but if there seems to be a demand when we're looking for projects... never say never. OK instead of lurking as usual it is obviously time to speak up! There IS a demand for a good Mossie and it seems to b...

Mike, ..I found the most exquisite Purse Siener fishing boat...Very detailed...I must have it at McLeland Field. I will make it berth on the inside of the long pontoon and it can sortie out through Russell Fjord to do some fishing out at sea  Go for it!! Will it be subject to "Days At S...

Mike, I expect most things will need adjusting to run in FSX but I just know that Holger will update his scenery way ahead of everyone else  I expect that you are already enjoying it now...pretty dramatic eh? Your expectations can be confirmed, Peter. It is installed. After the truly excelle...

The great joy of the Realair Spit is the way it FLIES as well as the way that it looks. For me to part with any more cash on Spitfires, a new one will have to match that feeling of joie de vivre that no other FS aircraft has replicated.

To answer my own question in case anyone else is pondering getting it, I went ahead and bought it and I am happy with the quality of it. Good interior views, both cabin and VC.

Their new installer will make reinstallation after yet another FS rebuild much easier.
