Re: Bitzer project

Well the green splodges on 26-02 reminded me of Jane Russell, but I thought the Curtiss-Wright AT-9 Jeep was almost an anagram of Jane Russell too and that reply never made it anywhere. I think if you take too long writing a reply the system loses your text and the pm just disappears.

Re: Bitzer project

Well, I thought the name was almost an anagram for a Hollywood actress, with a few letters added and a couple missing........

Re: Bitzer project

I'll ignore your remarks Alan. Ridicule is uncalled for. Perhaps it's best if I don't even try to give an answer? Apologies, ridicule was never my intention. The numbers are of course illegible on Mike's photo. Given the 30% losses the squadron sustained in just 19 months in Bomber Command there co...

Re: Bitzer project

Ah but MKX was used by R1410, a MkIC, and appears in an Imperial War Museum photo at the top of the Vickers Wellington page in Owen Thetford's Aircraft of the RAF. You can't beat a Putnam's for a browse when SWMBO is soap operaing. It also appears in a group shot on the Squadron page in wikipe...

Our network folk advertised the new electric Dundee Bin Lorries: http://news.ssen.co.uk/news/all-articles/2021/february-2021/drive-dundee-electric/ Bin Diesel and Leonardo Di Charge-io. As for trackability I am looking forward to getting my Covid jab with low calorie microchips tomorrow. I wonder if...
