Re: One cheap deal -one slightly cheap deal...
TBH That is what I have never understood Those loading FS.x The regretting they can't fly some FS.9 Stuff and some re installing something I could never see why they uninstalled For the same reason I uninstalled FS98, even though there are aircraft on there I'd love to have for FSX (brought up to m...

Re: World cup blues
Shoehorning individuals into a formation that doesn't suit them isn't going to produce a wonderful team performance. In fact, as we saw, it produces a performance that Grimsby Town fans would have been disgusted with!

I'll ask on UKAR for you, as I've seen a photo or two of it on there before.

Lovely. I'm a bit of a pedant when it comes to visual effects...
Can't wait for the release!

Re: Nimrod paint schemes
Also, on a slightly unrelated note, is it possible in FS to angle the engine smoke out slightly? I can't remember this being done with any of the FS9 Nimrods, and I've always wanted it to look right, given the fact that the exhausts don't actually line up with the fuselage. Perhaps you've done it al...

Personally, I'll be delighted with the selection you've already painted up, so don't consider these 'requests' as such, but more ideas for if you want to add a few extra ones. Re: Bruntingthorpe
There'll always be arseholes around, and airshows and other events (seeing as I guess this isn't really an airshow) seem to be the best at coaxing them out of the woodwork. Plenty of people there without a care in the world, so long as they get their photos and/or numbers. 8) And a few from me... 1 ...

Re: Bruntingthorpe
Also to anyone who doesn't know, the Nimrod will also be fast taxying at the end, so make sure you stick around for that one.
You can lump that in with the Lightnings, Comet and Victor for "Oh God, my ears!" factor.

Re: Bruntingthorpe
Needs to be dry for me as I was effin' miserable the last time I went in the rain. Makes for some spectacular spray effects, but it's not worth standing out in the open being pissed on for several hours!

Nimrod arrives at Coventry
Spent the afternoon on the fence and in the presence of the Classic Flight at Coventry. Will definitely have to make it my mission to see more of the R1s over the coming months! Sorry about the links but the forum cuts the edges off at 1024. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4006/4599190773_b705f6636d_...
