Re: DH/HS 125 FS9 flyable
DaveB, you're not losing your marbles! Simshed did start a Dominie, Brian doing all the eye-candy and flight dynamics and me on instruments and panels! We probably got about 80% done, I've got it parked on an external hard-drive and/or DVD somewhere, http://www.simshed.co.uk/dominie.html We stopped ...

Re: Simshed Nimrod Autopilot
Just took off from Kinloss heading East, had Aberdeen VOR on VOR2 and Aberdeen ILS on VOR1, intercepted the VOR2 120 degree radial and then brought her in on the ILS when 12 miles out. Touched down on the piano keys. Never used the yoke/stick once! All done with power, autopilot and flaps. Autopilot...

Re: Multi screen set up in FSX hints and tips please
Cheers Jim ;) I've no intention of trying this but I hope Tim pop's back and gives it a go :) Would this be aircraft specific or one shot fit's all?? I'm guessing that some alteration may be necessary if you chose to use Camera Definition views but once you have it setup there or thereabouts, it wo...

Re: Multi screen set up in FSX hints and tips please
   Neither intuitive or obvious. That sort'a sums up the advances made by the FSX team in one very small, succinct sentence ;) I'm still a bit confused as to how you 'save' a VC window 'View' though while I have enough monitors to make this happen.. I have no intention of making it s...

Re: RAF 'Lance Corporals'???
Perhaps the simplest way would have been for rock apes to be J/Ts instead of lancejacks. There is no Junior Technician rank in the RAF any more. The rank was made obsolesent about 4 years ago in the technician trades. Once an SAC is fully qualified and experienced in his/her trade they receive an e...
