I think the speed drop is a glitch deep inside FS9. On my sim everything is default except for some planes. So I tried with the default 737-400, take-off in Seattle. Pitot heat and anti-ice on, and when passing 4200 ft the airspeed goes to Zero to come back at 5100 ft. I experienced the same problem...

I think the DC-3 was just taken over from FS9 without any improvements. In FS9 both propellers turn clockwise (looking from aft), but the lefthand prop is just improperly modelled, as it would spin counter-clockwise. The engines of the real plane have a military development background, which means a...
