Did she ever write a book? I recall seeing an interview with her where she had delivered a Meteor (she had not seen one before) and commented that she did not have time to read the pilots notes.

I have the JF Canberra in P3DV4.2 and can confirm that the configurator cannot be accessed. This is a bug. There is also an error in the aircraft.cfg as follows (click on SimObjects, then Airplanes, JF_Canberra then click on aircraft.cfg.) Find entry [flt.sim.3] then the line 'atc_id=knot 1' remove ...
