Re: Trouble!

Dave, the sad events last night on London Bridge reminded me of this image. I believe they may have overflown the house yesterday as they scrambled to the event. I live near Blackbush and around 10pm last night a chopper making lots of noise flew low over they house. Unusual because we get no night ...

Re: Sea Vixen gear up landing

Very sad. She gave a great display on Saturday and it was a real shock to find out she's know out of action. Hydrualic systems in early British aircraft seem to be their achilles heel. The RNHF Sea Fury also suffered a similar fate. Just goes to show see em while you can as they are not around for e...

Re: Not FSX but This Sim is Brilliant!

So, I decided to re-download clod, with the latest patches and see what's cooking. When using steam, down load the sim then from your steam library find CLOD and goto properties, then the beta tab. Your latest patch is here. Getting controls to work. In case it's helpful to others your controls won'...

Re: Can Horizon VFR X software be backed up?

Thanks Dave.
Can I infer from your response that there is no security, reg keys or anything involved.
I can just copy the data / drive (I think most of my scenery is on a second drive anyway) and remap it in fsx (or copy the scenery cfg file as you suggest?).
If that's the case I'll do that.

Now that Horizon, makers of VFR X have gone I'm left with several installed downloads without any means to restore. :help: (never could get the online backup tool to work). Is there a way that this software can be manually backed up and moved to another machine? I rather not clone the disc as that w...
