Re: To go or not to go Prepar3d v5.1, that is the question

Hi Andy, the problem with FSX is that it is 32bit and therefore you are limited as to the amount of RAM it can take whereas P3D is now 64bit which means it is not as limited as FSX is. Re: Could not resist a sale.

Hi Chris, I am finding both aircraft have enough already to keep me on my toes but will look around for any mods once I have a bit more experience on them. Flew from East Midlands down to Shoreham at 20,000ft and the flight only took 35 minutes in the PC 12 then across to Elstree at 6,000ft and will...

Re: Could not resist a sale.

I've been looking at the Citation II as well Nigel, so I'll be interested in how you find it. I have only flown it a few times but it does require a lot of research as the manuals are not as thorough with the systems. Could not resist a sale.

Carenado have a sale on at X-Plane.Org and had been looking for one aircraft to buy which ultimately ended up with me purchasing two. One aircraft that has interested me was the TBM 850 but that was released 23 July 2016 which means it is getting on a bit and has not been updated recently but there ...

Des O'Connor!

More sad news Des, who was the butt of jokes from Morcambe & Wise regarding his singing, has sadly passed away after a fall though he did live to the grand age of 88 years. :((
