There last product update was Sunday 28 August, 2016 which was there Pilatus PC-24 SVJ .
Looks like there website security certificate expired 18 November, so either there is nobody to renew it or they don't want to spend the money on it, or they are now aware. Either way, not a good sign.

One thing I tried when converting color to BW, try looking at the various color channels in isolation (red, green, blue) and see which gives you the best contrast, then convert just that channel.
