Re: MS 2020 Default Bing Scenery

I've been using MSFS2020 Map Enhancement for some time now and it's superb. The difference is very noticeable in places. It's a free tool with simple instructions of what you need to do to use it. Yes it has an option for paid maps but I tried them and didn't notice much if any of an improvement (ar...

Re: Just Flight F28

I'm itching for this to come out which is this month I believe. The 70 and 100 will follow later in the year. B-)

Re: Silly Photoshop Subscription Demands

Gimp can do pretty much anything Photoshop can do, but I just can't get on with it. I do subscribe to Photoshop, as I used it heavily for textures, as well as photography editing. Strange thing is, Photoshop on it's own costs a shade under £20 per month, but if you go for the photography plan, you ...

Re: Happy Birthday Charlie Bravo (42), Lewis - a2a (39), Samuelk (27)

I'm not sure what to get if anything tbh. I'm eagerly awaiting the Fokker 28 as I love the Fokker airliners. I'll put a post in the scale model section about that shortly. I purchased the Flying Iron Spitfire the other day and have been enjoying flying that. I considered the Hellcat and P38 from Fly...

Re: Happy Birthday Charlie Bravo (42), Lewis - a2a (39), Samuelk (27)

Thanks chaps.

Unfortunately I've been laid up in bed with a Migraine all day which in turn has given me the night off work.
I'd rather feel normal and be at work though I must say.

Hopefully I'll be firing all on cylinders tomorrow and I can treat myself to something for flight sim.

How are you guys getting on with the Tobii? I'm considering buying one whilst it's on sale.

Re: Question About BAE146/AVRO RJ Pertaining To EGLC

The VLM 146 was without a doubt the best livery on a 146/RJ to grace LCY. I was lucky enough to be the first person to dispatch it out of there on its inaugural flight to RTM.

Quite why it was deployed on that route though, I don't know.

Re: More 737 Max woes ?

Absolute heap of an aircraft. I see them at work every day and as the saying goes, if it looks right, it'll fly right.

It looks like a souped up Vauxhall Corsa with one too many modifications and it doesn't fly right either.

Re: [FS2004] Vertical Fury

FS9 could look really good at times but bloody awful at others.

I think some of my best shots were the ones I took for the virtual airline, most of which can still be seen in a lot of people's signatures here B-)
