Re: News: The Women are Revolting!
I used to like this forum a lot, always seems to be able to get things done with a smile and a little irony.
We all will always disagree about a lot of things but as long as we can put these aside and look at things we share, have in common...
the world (and this forum) would be a better place...

Re: Problem with Heron locked front wheel.
Hi Walter If you put the autopilot to NAV-hold it will follow the navigation radios, right? Same for the Dove as far as I know. So you have to hit this little button (in the Dove's cockpit that is) to switch between NAV and GPS. If switched to GPS the autopilot is slaved to the GPS, if not it's slav...

Re: Problem with Heron locked front wheel.
Hi Walter, Just got the time to test it: Make a back-up of your aircraft.cfg file and then open the original one, search for contact_points and adjust the following: (just copy and paste into your cfg file overwriting the original data). she will be steerable now. -----------------------------------...

Re: Problem with Heron locked front wheel.
Hi Walter, You could adjust the cgf-file. Check under contactpoints. This is an example from the cfg-file of the Milton Shupe Tracker: point.0 = 1.000, 14.087, 0.000, -7.868, 2950.000, 0.000, 1.050, 045.0 , 0.200, 5.165, 0.800, 6.000, 6.000, 0.000, 150.000, 150.000 -- nose wheel steering //for steea...

Re: Problem with Heron locked front wheel.
Hi Walter,
The frontwheel of the Heron is free castering but not steerable. You need to use differential braking and your engines to turn the plane.

Marijn

Re: Alabeo sale: 40% off most of their fleet.
Thanks for your advice Paul! Will keep in mind... for now FSX-SE is doing fine and everything I have for FSX runs in SE as well. No worries there
Might just stick with it

Re: Alabeo sale: 40% off most of their fleet.
Your pictures are looking great! I'm using FSX-SE for now and my old rig is handling it very well. Might try P3D once I replace it with a more appropriate set-up though.
