The overspeeds were due to my getting to grips with my own mindset and procedures with the autopilot which I think I've sorted. Hopefully I've cracked that one!

Damn it!!!! I'm training on the Trident at the mo and was descending into Heathrow. I had autothrottle in, set at 245kts, and was using descent mode at 1700 fpm.
