You guessed right, but I downloaded it years ago and don't have the original exe. Searching now.

In FSX, parameter 4 is

4 (-3.35) Vertical Position The vertical distance of the point from the datum reference point.

and 7 is:

7 (0.50) Wheel Radius Radius of the wheel (feet).

What I'm asking is whether I need to add the radius to the z-value.
