I tried FS and Avsim. Couldn't find it on FS and the Avsim version has still not been recovered.

In FSX, parameter 4 is
4 (-3.35) Vertical Position The vertical distance of the point from the datum reference point.
and 7 is:
7 (0.50) Wheel Radius Radius of the wheel (feet).
What I'm asking is whether I need to add the radius to the z-value.
