I appreciate she'll be flown from the right hand seat, but will it also be possible to take other people along for the ride in left hand seat, using this feature in FSX?

Those screenshots of the Super Etendard, Skyhawk, Camberra and MB339 look like they were all taken in FSX? Am I correct? If so, I'd love to know how well they work in FSX?
