Re: A Kenya PDF file...
A very entertaining document Peter! I've been to a few of the places featured (the Entebbe Hotel, Salisbury (Harare by the time I was there), Lusaka, Bahrain, Nairobi (I'm sure the airport restaurant has gone downhill  ) but they'd all changed vastly by the time I did so :worried: I've just sen...

Once I've finished that I thought I'd switch to somethi...

Re: Forthcoming on TV
Unfortunately, I don't think it will. Notice they list it as "Season" and not "Series" I suppose they could list it under "Chapters" and it would make just as little difference as it being called 'Season'. and that the air dates are the US air dates, not UK air dates. ...

Re: Pics from work
Are those DC3 turbo-prop acft pressurised or do the crew use oxygen masks? Anyone know what IAS and height they cruise at? As far as I know even DC3 Airways has now Baler conversions to turboprops - in fact I do not know of any FS9 or FSX DC3 conversions. http://www.baslerturbo.com/performance.html...

Re: Your First Flight?
Mine was in an Air Malta 737-200, Gatwick - Luqa in about 1980. First 'military' ac was an AEF Chippie at Teesside (when IIRC the Leeming runway was being resurfaced) First glider flight was at the ATC VGS at Catterick, approx 1989 (where I did my gliding course, 1990). First helicopter flight, not ...
