Re: Can you fly around the globe in your average GA airplane

I've done it twice in the FS9 King Air. I did manage to get to Hawaii but ran out of fuel over Maui - they're not a real good glider! :worried:

It's a bit out of date but there's some food for thought here...

Re: Music: I Wish I Was Eighteen Again

I'm on my 53rd trip round and given the failures in this one the body of an 18 yr old would be good. Thing is, I can't remember where I buried the cheeky little b******d.

Re: Out with the old...

G'day again Dave, Many thanks for the reply. I didn't mean to pry in to the personal side of the business but it gives a clear insight into what a pack of numpties are managing the brewery companies these days. Several years ago my niece had a go at being a landlady in Ashton-Under-Lyne. She had qui...

Re: Out with the old...

G'day Dave, I've sort of been watching your posts about moving and now you mention the last day of trading. What with the reports of pubs closing at a rate of knots in the UK I wonder what's happening to yours? My 77yr old brother in law was a local (TBH, his nearest pub was the White Lion at Crays ...

Sorry to bump but I thought one of the enthusiasts would already have found the Car of the Year:

How about the Australian 14 cent coin.......
