Have you tried unplugging the yoke and plugging it back in again? I have had problems with my X52 HOTAS in the past where it lost calibration and unplugging/re-plugging cured it every time.

Boy that brought back some memories! I used to fly control line planes as a kid, long before I could afford to upgrade to RC control. I also used to build free flight gliders made from balsa with tissue paper covered wings sealed with dope. I remember building one with a 6ft wingspan when I was bare...
