Re: Hawk 2008 display livery for the DSB Hawk.
The Red Arrows all look the same. That doesn't stop people from flocking to watch them. Back in my RAF days (violins playing in the background) many stations staged Battle of Britain days in September. Our station, RAF Colerne, was packed with visitors who came to see the operational aircraft of the...

Re: Echo...
Hello Peter. As far as my screenshot is concerned, I just added the revised textures to Echo. I didn't change anything at all. I'm not clever enough! I'm using GenX scenery in FSX, with airfields by Gary Summons. I don't know why, but West Country scenery is always very clear compared to other areas...

Re: Echo...
Thank you Peter. I've just taken her for a flight from St Mawgan, and it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Passing Newquay, the flight is not paused. I've put the co-ordinates on screen. Very good FPS, and no blurries.

Re: Hawker Sea Hawk beta test ready
When I turned the light off, I thought I could see a lens where the light had been, so I left well alone.

Re: Hawker Sea Hawk beta test ready
I'm also running it in FSX, and have the problem with the tail light. I'll post a screenshot of it later.
As to the problem of nav lights with the wings folded. On the Wyvern which was released recently, the lights stay in place when the wings fold.

Re: A beautiful day in the office... (VC10 Air-to-Air)
In 1961, shortly after leaving the RAF, I worked in the VC10 wing shop at Weybridge. It was pretty noisy making them!
We lived very close to Wisley, so the aircraft was a very familiar sight to us. Never tired of watching them though.
Very nice shots. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I've installed it, and am slowly coming to grips with it.
Thank you very much.
