Re: Thrust reversers on steriods ........

Impressive! Thanks for the link. :) Brian VC is ...er...to be avoided. :) No knowledge of Russian required (English tool tips on switches)) Nice little air stars and loading ramp animation. 4 liveries. Recommended approach speed 120 knots with 30% flaps. https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/file...

David Maltby's VC-10

I keep seeing references to David Maltby's VC-10 as having been updated to work in FSX.

On DM's site it states that the files are for FS2004.

Are the updated FSX files available somewhere please. Thanks.

VC10 for FSX won't appear

I'm baffled. I have been trying to install David Maltby's VC10 again (yes I've had it flying well in FSX before), but it refuses to appear on my aircraft selection panel.

Any ideas please? Driving me mad.

Trident question

It's been a very long time since I flew David's aircraft.
Was flying the Trident II today in FSX, and was wondering if it had opening cargo doors.
Thanks.

Endless ATC on Steam

Anyone have this? (yes,it's actually called Endless ATC)) Yes, it's yet another STC simulator. Read the glowing reviews and thought I'd give it a go. Very pleasantly surprised to find a simple but well-designed ATC sim. No bells and whistles, but there's lots going on behind the scenes. I managed to...

True story

Just found out my grandfather was in ww2.
In just one day during the Battle of Britain he destroyed 8 German aircraft and killed 32 German aviators.
Hands down the worst Luftwaffe aircraft mechanic in history.

Budapest Airport LHBP - Excellent

I have installed countless airports over the years (payware and freeware), but sometimes a particular rendering of a small but busy airport seems to stand out in terms of quality, attention to detail and value for money. I recently looked at various offerings for Budapest LHBP and came across this v...

John, you are scaring me lately, :worried: :worried: are you working up to video of some of your flying feats?
No Mike, at my age, all I can do is marvel at other people's exploits.
Reminds me I have to read Fate is the Hunter again.
