Re: Navigating the Vulcan
Very informative video Nigel. I know all about Tacan now
I'm tempted to buy the aircraft. I do love the Vulcan, happy memory's from the past. But it doesn't suit my style of simming (tubeliners, VA blah blah). Hope to see some screenshots to help me change my mind.

Re: Interesting Aviation Question
As far as I know Aharon, ZZ336 is still configured as transport /refueling (Voyager) which it does so when not required by government. As for it being brand new, ZZ336 is 11 years old. As for why it wasn't used for Richi's visit to Israel, I guess it was thought expedient not to fly one guy 2000mls ...

CMOS battery died
I had to change the CMOS battery on the motherboard on the flight sim pc, last night. PC is about 5 years old now, so I suppose it's not too bad. Of course all the Bios setting lost. Took some time remembering what and where they were, but we're up and running again. Computer must be working quicker...

Yes, you're right Pete Not sure how I missed it The aircraft was leased to Air New Zealand before returning to Britannia then sold on to ANZ in 93.
G-BHWE (typo ) was leased to Airtours before returning to the Britannia fleet again later sold to ANZ

Re: Kinloss Scenery??
The only freeware airport I can find on the Just Flight site is RAF Coningsby. There is however, a demo which includes Kinloss. Not sure how functional it is though : https://www.justflight.com/product/vfr- ... r-scotland. Scroll down a bit and click on demos
