I've launched an inquiry .... in so far I can .... in case there may be some technical glitch. Again .... all of the DMFS files were accessible around 2 weeks ago, so, whatever's happened is "recent". I'll report back if I learn more as a query/comment has also been posted on the HJG forum...

Always the case .... when they want to protect themselves.

Whilst AIR NZ was a state owned enterprise (until around the early 90's) there was no way the NZ government was going to (easily) permit competition that might disadvantage its own interests.
