have to agree on the genX, did not bother with the jets since you cant see much from 30,000ft. soon as i started flying the choppers the outside view had to be improved, because low down it does matter... our VA has only the wessex but i have a WS51 in the private hanger i buzz around in occasionall...

funny how old lessons are forgotten,

i was an RAF sprog at cosford in the late 70's when it snowed heavily and the musuems Vulcan B1 parked outside the training hanger sat on it arse.

we all thought it looked better in that attitude. Think it had a tail tressle installed after that

too complex, thats all relative if you can drive the cockpit instruments you can drive the flight engineer instruments....but not easily if the "simulator" part got junked, that would be the bit that contains aircraft systems model, many simulators also use real aircraft black boxes becaus...

the essence of flying concorde is the fuel and CofG mangement, amoung other things perhaps is not concorde you want to fly but but something that goes mach two. quite a bit of freeware that looks like a concorde, but does it operate like concorde...i would argue not. i see from the last two issues o...
