Just found these ...

I was browsing a thread at another forum which had a link to youtube where I came across these. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PHcdn8R4d4 I wasn't particularly interested in this one until I saw which aircraft was involved - it's just so darn frustrating and annoying that this great guy is America...

Re: PC Holy Grail??????

When I first had my own PC after retiring, I tried the free version of O&O then bought the full version. Less than six months later, I gave up using it as it insisted on rearranging the disc every time I ran it, even if I had just done a defrag ! For completeness, I'll add that this was when def...

Re: Gentlemanly Driver Ahead

I'd go a step further than Alex and say that it won't be too long before car manufacturers offer an option for all round video recording to a central storage point ... personally I'd welcome this with open arms depending on the quality of the images and the focal length of the lenses used. ... I hav...

Re: Gentlemanly Driver Ahead

FWIW ... I recently decided that I wanted a dash cam as well. Started by checking the Which (UK magazine) article and then youtube videos for the magazine's "best buy" - ended up watching a large set of Russian dash cam footage (some absolutely incredible scenes there). Anyway, the result ...

Re: Gentlemanly Driver Ahead

When I do my weekly shopping at Sainsbury's I use the basement car park, which means going down and up a ramp. At least once a week, approaching the bend at the top of the ramp means I have to brake suddenly because of another car cutting the bend - and it's usually a very expensive car that does it...

A Conundrum ...

Ever since MilViz released the F-4E, there's something that's been on my mind rather a lot. They, like several other manufacturers, make a point of saying that you should not only "run FSX as administrator" but also install the aircraft with "run as administrator". All fine and g...

Re: VRS Superbug question

Hei mate  IIRC VRS have always treated the F-18 and TP as separate products and TP didn't become available until long after the plane was released. Personally, I've always preferred the lower level of system detailing in the old KBT model and have made a point of grabbing all the updates made ...

Re: Su-33!

Duh, what a gotcha ...

You said 15 and I assumed you meant J-15 rather than MiG-15, for I have no interest in those early MiGs at all. Oh well, perhaps your note will help someone else - thanks for the thought anyway.
