Nice find there Garry, some interesting photos in that collection. And you can count me in for a Cuban too if you fancy doing one.

Manchester Viscount routes

I've just been up to Manchester in a Viscount and I noticed some interesting routes, however there weren't any Viscounts showing except the one I flew up with. Do I take my "own" Viscount up there to fly the routes and then back to Brum when I've had my fun?

I'm not going to be getting FSX any time soon either.... my system can just about run ACOF without becoming a slide show, and the PC spec leap required for FSX is unjustified just to run a "game". When my PC is replaced or upgraded I might be able to persuade "dona patria" that s...

Very nice DM, I took the T2 (No VC) for a spin last night. The stall warning/stick pusher works well and the cockpit views are much better. It seems to me that it also has less impact on frame rates than the earlier version (my PC is pretty low-end :-({|= ) but that is just an impression, not fact.

Either I'm improving, or v3 is easier to land than previous issues  This is one of the best freeware aircraft around, right up there with the work from our resident artists.

OK, cancel that.....I am an idiot

I didn't see the two autopilot master switches on the pedestal, I was just clicking on the actual autopilot switch....

Great work on the updated panels

Fraser I'm probably being an idiot (and I promise that I did RTFM), but I can't engage the autopilot in the 800 series. I click on the power button and get an autopilot disconnect warning bleep immediately. All electrical system warning lights are out and everything else works OK. The 810 series wor...
